12 miles (or 26.5 if you choose) of seriously rocky, muddy, wet as can be terrain. Even though I would consider this hike to be moderate I wouldn't leave home without my most sturdy hiking boots, as the terrain is far from smooth at this time of year. Also not safe trek for children under the age of six; as the majority of the hike is along high drop off cliffs or small pathways. On the way is a variety of waterfalls and many landmarks that are out of this world gorgeous-So don't forget bring your camera because you'll sure want to take some pictures! I hit tunnel falls but, as you can see in the picture below many destinations leave you with options of distance hiking.
