So here we have the new palette from Makeup Revolution called Fortune Favours The Brave,this palette is in collaboration and  designed by the lovely Jane from British beauty blogger.

Lets first just take a look at this packaging front and back.

It comes in a striking gold cardboard outer sleeve with detailing to the front and shades show on the back,yes i know very swish for Makeup Revolution,i mean i love MUR packaging but this just blew me away it's gorgeous,as not only is the box like that...

But the palette is also in this gorgeous gold too,very posh very unique so well done Jane i love it ♥

As you can see from the photo below it comes with the usual plastic sheet with names for each shadow.

As always they are really lovely names too, really love the new layout of this palette with a huge mirror and the way the shadows are set out with a brush in the middle.

I'm glad it came with  brush but in all honesty i wouldn't use it as it's too small and the blending side the bristles are too long,so nice that you get it as you usually get a sponge which i know so many people hate.I did try using the brush and it's not too bad but i personally would use my own brushes.

But just look at those colours,there is a colour here I'm sure for everyone to achieve a neutral or dramatic look.there are a few marbled baked effect shadows too which are so pretty.

We have a mix here of matte and shimmers so just the right balance for a palette.

I have now used this 3 times and i really love it.

Here we have the swatches,i had to take 2 lots of swatches as i did it without flash and with flash,as with no flash you couldn't see the beautiful shimmers.So i did the top row first with no flash and flash...

That second colour is amazing as a crease colour and the blue's are beautiful as they are darker more navy blue,now below is the 2nd row...

The white is gorgeous for a highlight but oh me oh my those greens are just beautiful,i went for the greens first as my eye was just drawn to how pretty they were.If you can see though how much a difference the flash made as you are able to see how pretty they actually are.Next is 3rd row below..

More great crease colours and a beautiful shimmery pink again great inner corner highlight,stunning plum colour and the blackest matte black ever ♥Next is the last row of colours below...

Really love this last row with the shimmery brown copper colours.This palette was so worth it for me i think as it lasted all day with my usual MUR Aqua base primer.

Jane you have done us proud and i would love to see more come out from British Beauty Blogger as i know this one has gone down so well.Wonder if we could have some lip products next and i bet there will be another Fortune favours The Brave No2 in the pipeline as we speak ;)

Makeup Revolution Dual Phase Makeup Remover

So here we have a new product from Makeup Revolution called the Dual Phase Makeup Remover.This is what it says and is a duel action makeup Remover, i have now given this a thorough testing before i reviewed, as with most skincare type products i like to test them properly. 

It's a very cheap  £3.99 and is available here on the MUR website.

It's such a gentle formula that that removes all traces of makeup and conditions and cleanses your skin. It's a duel action as you have to shake the formula together before use. I love these types of clear liquid vs blue liquid that you shake together, something quite magical happens :).

It does have an oily texture  (not too oily) but it needs to be to remove waterproof mascara or matte lip lacquers that just won't ever budge. It's not a problem for this Makeup Remover though it comes straight off which is fantastic. It leaves my skin slightly oily and i don't actually mind that as it feels conditioned and more supple if that makes sense. 

It states it's suitable for sensitive skin which i can believe as feels so soft and gentle and has not caused me any break outs etc, if anything my skin has felt softer in the mornings.

I know ewww lol but that just goes to show how much grime and makeup it removes from your skin. Believe me it's so important that you remove your makeup before you go to bed. You don't want clogged up pores over night and waking up with panda eyes is never a good look. Yes OK i admit I think we have probably all slept with our makeup on but it's just a no no for your skin, as i actually wake up with spots if i leave my makeup on. So always spare 5 Min's before bed looking after your skin; it will thank you in the future. 

So yes i would highly recommend this from Makeup Revolution and i do hope they start selling this in Superdrug, but for such a low price it's really worth it.

So here is the brand new Ultra Strobe Cream from Makeup Revolution.

Firstly i love the packaging to this,white can get quite dirty so i was chuffed it is black,it has a lovely strobe effect label to the front too which is just beautiful.

It's a squeezy top and you only need the smallest amount as it goes really far.But can i just say wow the smell is fantastic,it just smell lush ♥

This was the tiny amount i put on my wrist to try it out,since this i have  also tried it today with my makeup and loved it.The colour is a gorgeous golden shimmer.

Below Ive not totally rubbed it in and left it quite thick as i wanted you to see how shimmery and golden and beautiful it actually is...

So guys that is the shimmer from that tiny wee dot of cream on my wrist,plus you get a huge 50ml for £8.00 which i think is fab as most foundations are 30ml so 50ml will last you ages.

So this can be worn under makeup for a subtle glow,it can also be mixed in with your foundation which honestly looks gorgeous for summer as gives that dewy look.

However today i used on top of my makeup and just dotted a tiny bit

on each cheek bone,slight bit on cupids bow too and it instantly lifts your mood and your makeup from drab and dull to gorgeous.

I think you can use a teeny tiny amount or more for a higher coverage like above.

So on the photo above you will see i have totally blended it out and obviously it then gives you a totally subtle look with just that hint of golden shimmer and sink into the skin really well,none greasy none sticky just stunning.

I don't know about you but i love my highlighters and use a highlight each time i wear makeup.I do usually go for powder highlight but i might try this cream one for a while as it looked great today and even my partner Jamie said it looked nice so can't be bad hee hee♥

Benefit Cosmetics in Frankfurt

Last Saturday Nastasja from Vitaesse and I visited the Benefit Cosmetics counter at Douglas Frankfurt Zeil - a very famous and huge beauty & cosmetics store here in Germany. For those who have not been there before, here are some impressions - the counter is located at the ground floor on the left side near the entrance:

Unser #benebabe Tina gab uns außerdem eine kleine Einführung in das neueste bei Douglas erhältliche Produkt – die „Maybe Baby Body Cream“, welche im Body Set „Baby Be Mine“ enthalten ist. Eines kann ich Euch schon mal versprechen: Diese Cream riecht genauso gut wie sie aussieht (^‿^✿)! 

Our #benebabe Tina has given us a little introduction into the newes available product  – the „Maybe Baby Body Cream“, which is the highlight content of the  Body Set „Baby Be Mine“. And i promise you: This cream smells just as good as its packaging - gorgeous (^‿^✿)!

EDIT...Since typing this blog,i did a video review on these and found out that they contain such little amount of product.I had not rolled them up fully when i wrote my blog so didn't notice but they are tiny :( they only contain 1.4gram and a normal lipstick from essence contains 3.8Gram so this just goes to show how tiny they are conpared to a normal lipstick.Still love them but not happy one bit with such little product you get grrr ♥

So i wanted to get this blog up as quick as pos as these are a new release from Soap & Glory and they are matte lip colours.Yes i purchased all 6 as these are only £3.50 each which is a steal but not only that,i got mine in the buy one get one half price deal,so they cost me just over £15 for 6 so i couldn't resist.

There wasn't really many blogs or anything i could find on these so i just bit the bullet and bought them.I had a feeling  they wouldn't be lipstick and they would be more like the Matte Revlon colour sticks.Have you tried the ones by Revlon? or i think a few brands do them now too like Collection etc.

So yes i was right they are like the Revlon ones but without any smell,the Revlon ones smell minty but these Soap and Glory ones don't have a smell at all.They are shaped like a lipstick and do stain slightly as after i did swatches on my arm it did leave marks.

They are quite creamy for matte i thought,i think they are a lovely matte that everyone will go potty about.They don't dry but are matte,but you can still also rub your lips together.

I swatched them here twice,first i used the flash and they came out a bit bright.

They are so very pigmented but above was with flash,so if you go more on the photo below which was taken without flash,then you will see a more true colour.

Still very pigmented and the colours they have chosen are just beautiful,i will read from left to right.So the first colour is ... Whoah-Pink...Pretty Muted...Fire Cracker...Berry Much..Ember Red....Choccoberry.

I can't even choose my fave colour as they are all perfect,the very last shade is a real 90's throwback nude type colour,ahhgg you need to try these.Ok they don't dry totally matte so won't last all day on your lips but they do last a few hours on me.

These were not in my store so i had to order online with Boots and do a click and collect from my store.This is so simple to do and a fab service to have,so thumbs up Boots

They are actually longer than i thought they would be,on the Boots website they looked similar to a lipstick but the bullet is actually longer than a lippy.

I would totally give these 10/10 and will be using mine all the time.

Hi so this is a review of the Live Love London Lipsticks which are are £2.00 each i think.

If you have yet to hear of the brand new brand Live Love London then they are the new Beauty brand to hit the shelves in Bhs which is British Home Stores.They sell a range of makeup,haircare and different toiletries like hand wash,hand lotion etc.I have already done 2 review from this brand so pls click the Links below to have a read of those too....

So as you can probably see from the photo's these are really stunning colours,i have a gorgeous red and bright pink.The red one is called Intense Red Generation and the pink is called Intense Pink Occasion.They have a nice sweet smell and sweet taste on the lips too.

The packaging is a classic black plastic with the branding on the lid in a holographic silver colour which is lovely.Plus a huge benefit of having the colour on the top so you know which lipstick you are reaching for,this is a big plus for me.The detailing between the lid and the bullet is lovely,it has a beautiful design and click down really firmly so you know the lid won't fall off in your bag ♥

Next come the swatches....

As you can see from the swatches they are really intense and pigmented,i wouldn't say these were matte or too much of a cream either.They last on my lips OK and what i would expect from a £2 lipstick,if i don't eat or drink it will last about 3 hrs but if i do drink then be warned you will need to re-apply but this is like most lipsticks to be honest.

I'm not even sure which is my fave,probably the red as it's a deeper darker red,although that pink for summer is very bright for a slight blue undertone.

Do you own any of these or do you live near a Bhs as if you do you might just want to pop along and see what else they have in store.

Thanks to Live Love London for the blogger Pr samples and i would say they a great quality for the price,i would purchase again,if you read my other two blogs then i really love the eyeshadow palette but i must admit i didn't think i would fall in love with a hand wash and cream so much.Even my 4 year old daughter uses them both as wants to be like mummy and they smell divine.

I think they have deals on at the moment with it being Valentines day soon,so check your local store.

So this is a review on the palette from Makeup Revolution called What You Waiting,What You Waiting,What You Waiting For? lol such a long name for a palette hee hee.

As you can see this comes in the usual fantastic quality Makeup revolution packaging with a large mirror and double ended sponge applicator.They have names which is fantastic although i really hope Makeup revolution changes it one day and gets them printed inside as I'm forever losing the perspex sheets.But for the price you can't complain,at least they have names.

As always the swatches are very pigmented,it has 18 colours in the palette,the top 2 rows of square shadows are shimmers and the bottom round ones are matte which i think is a cool idea to have them separate like that.I have taken the shimmer shades without and wish flash to see if you see any difference....

This is totally a nudes daytime palette that could be worn everyday,i love it loads and as always have nothing bad to say about it.

So here we have i think the most stunning palette in the world,well the packaging anyway.I mean this packaging is just everything,what lady wouldn't want this on her dressing table and it smells of chocolate too,and tastes of it,how do i know it tastes of it lol? that another story but it does.

I got this for Christmas from my lovely family and wow i really love it.The packaging is a metal tin which is baby pink covered in hearts ♥♥♥

Then once open you see this,yes it really is too perfect to use,although i have used it as just couldn't resist the temptation.It has a lovely combination of colours and the all important 3 factors for me in any palette are a matte highlight shade,a shimmer highlight shade and one or 2 decent matte crease colours.This palette ticks all those boxes and more :)

I never use the mirrors in palettes but i even think that is cute.

Now believe me when i say these swatches don't do it justice,I have tried my best with the flash,it does give off the true colour and shimmer but they look much better in person.

So this is the top row of the palette which has 5 shades.These shades alone would make the perfect everyday eye colours omg stunning pigmentation here.

This is the second row,it has 6 shades,sorry the first one was similar to my skin so very hard to see,then we have a subtle baby pink a subtle golden tone and three different coloured browns.

This is the bottom row again with 5 shades,these are just the most gorgeous colours.I will have to do a look with this palette as i was asked how you would wear the bold pink.I know some people don't like colour but i do and i used the bold pink on my first use,i used it in the centre of my eye and blending it in with a navy blue black looks fab.You have to see it to believe how gorgeous this palette is.
