Gestern waren es noch Hasen, Eulen und Füchse - heute feiern wieder die Katzen-Motive ihr modisches Comeback. Bereits letztes Jahr schon haben die süßen Kätzchen erfolgreich die Laufstege erobert. Allen voran natürlich Karl Lagerfelds Capsule Collection, die er seinem Kätzchen Choupette gewidmet hat... Haute Couture ✘ Cat Couture (｡♥‿♥｡).

Fashionable cat ears: I personally prefer the cat ear bowler the most 
while the alice headband version is very cute for shootings.
At the end of this post you can finally see another graphic artwork i created 
especially for this post... and i already got another idea for my next blog entry (^▽^)!

Katzenohren haben sich wie viele andere tierische Elemente längst auf den Laufstegen und Modehäusern dieser Welt etabliert, ohne dass ein permanenter Aufschrei ertönt, der das Ganze als Kinderkram abstempelt. Wie gesagt, einzelne Stimmen, denen es nicht gefällt wird es immer wieder geben, doch die Mehrheit aller Modebewussten dieser Welt hat bereits über die Liebenswürdigkeit dieses Motivs entschieden - und ich glaube daher, dass uns die Mode- und Konsumgüterindustrie auch in Zukunft mit weiteren niedlichen Katzen-Designs beglücken wird... und meine aktuelle Handyhülle aus weichem, griffigen Gummimaterial mit 3D Katzenmotiv (solche 3D Hüllen kann ich nur empfehlen, denn da hat man wirklich auch was griffiges in der Hand!) würde ich bei ersten Verschleißerscheinungen auch jederzeit wieder nachkaufen wollen.

Unten seht Ihr auch wieder mal eine aktuelle Grafik von mir, die ich extra für diesen Post angefertig habe. Die Schrift habe ich digital von Hand gezeichnet und mit ein bisschen digitaler Sprühfrabe den nötigen "Pepp" verpasst. Irgendwie habe ich diese Art der kreativen Ablenkung in letzter Zeit etwas vermisst - und deshalb soll es auch nicht die letzte sein - ich habe mir daher für den nächsten Post auch schon die passende Grafik überlegt - (^▽^)!

New Urban Decay Electric Palette Out Now

So Finally the day came where i treated myself to the new urban Decay Electric Palette as you do with new Urban decay products because they are amazing especially the eyeshadow's.

I have taken a few photos of the palette just to show you how beautiful it is,and i paid £38.00 for this from debenhams.

So yes the box above is just the cardboard sleeve it comes in so i don't think i will be throwing that in a hurry as it's too pretty.

then Taking it out of the pack i am also stunned that they lovely black casing s also really vibrant all over the lid.

So as you can see gorgeous just like the colours inside,it's very sturdy the case and a good side too,it comes with 10 good size shades 8 of which are totally new never seen before shades but two are duplicates from other palettes.

This palette was actually made i think because the colour Chaos was so popular in the Vice 1 that they decided to make a brights palette and also included chaos in this too which is a lovely blue.it's not so pigmented the blue but is more a matte so you would expect that really,the only other colour which has been duplicated from another palette is Revolt which i think was in the anarchy face Case.it's a lovely silver again not super pigmented but enough to make a gorgeous highlight for the inner corner of the eye so glad they included this colour.well i will show you some photos and let you see the rest for yourself.

I know crazy colours right? but this is why it's ELECTRIC!!!

I know some people are scared of colour but nooo not me as there are ways you can work with them,you don't have to look like a clown,you can use the purple with the silver which would look amazing or the teal with just a pop of yellow.

Or if that is too much for you then just team any colour with a neutral eye,as you can see you get a double ended brush with purple bristles which is very soft,one end is blending the other is like a thin liner end which is great as if you do decide to say do a neutral eye with another palette maybe the Naked Palette etc then you could use the thin liner end of the brush just to add a pop of coulor anywhere you fancy,this could be under your lower lashes as a brown eye with a pop of green underneath would look fab.

Or you could use the raspberry colour to do a winged liner effect above the upper lashes,or add slight bit of colour in a sidewards v < to the outer or inner edges of your eyes >.

Here are the top layer of five colours starting from left to right there is silver called Revolt then a Matte blue teal with slight glitter but only slight called Gonzo what an amazing name,then we have Slowburn which is a great name considering this colour is neither red nor orange it's inbetween so i have not seen a colour like the before and it's a Matte,aww look at this stunning Matte pink called savage it's gorgeous and could be prob used as a blush too then we have Fringe which i would say is probably my fave shimmery green/blue but more green of the whole palette it's stunning.

So these shades above are from the bottom row,the first colour is from the vice one which is a stunning Matte blue called Chaos,not the most pigmented of the bunch bust still very blendable and lovely,the next colour is like a raspberry dark pink to die for shimmery shade called Jilted so i'm stick between this and fringe for being my faves as you have to admit that is one amazingly pigmented colour,but then we have another colour which i just think it top tomato and stunning and it's called Urban so great name considering UD lol the Purple shimmery sheen is very flattering i'm in love,next we have Freak which is also shimmery but i lovely toned down grass green and last is thrash and this looks yellow and is pretty much yellow but has a green tinge too so very wearable colours for spring summer.

Are you scared of brights? or have i converted you?,please don't be scared to experiment with colour even if it's just adding a little,as i love to match maybe my clothing or accessories to my makeup,ok if i have red shoes then i prob wouldn't wear red eyeshaddow but red lips instead but if i had say purple shoes or a purple bag i would love to add that colour into my shadow to match.

DIY | From leggings to crop top

When I saw this on Youtube I had to try this out! How to get this cute cropped top from leggings or stockings. I have to say that the outcome is definitely better than expected. I had these shiny swimsuit material leggings (don't ask why I got it) which I don't wear at the moment or any time soon. So decided to try this DIY out. The only thing you need are a pair of scissors, preferably fabric scissors.


Here's how to:
1. cut the end of the stocking.
This will be your sleeves. The more you cut from the ending, the shorter your sleeves will be.

2. cut a little triangle at the part where the two legs meet.
This will be the opening for your head. First cut a small triangle, you can always cut more if the opening is too small. 

3. trim the cut neatly.

So this blog is about some new items i picked up from H&m,i didn't even know H&m did Makeup but thinking about it i should of guessed seen as Topshop Newlook and even Primark do.

Well i saw they had a range of Matte Lipsticks so i grabbed one and it was £3.99 and i love it but this blog is about the most amazing Lip tints or Tars if you would rather call them that.

I saw they were £2.9 so i grabbed 3 right away as they looked so pretty and i know even the Sleek ones are £5 each so £2.99 is amazing is it not.

I think i will now let the photos do the talking as i loved them so much i had to go back and get the last two as i think they only do 5 colours but they are all gawjus.

ootd | Tied shirt, Bomber and slip ons

Hello there! Wearing my new slip ons for the second time.. which I finally broke in. My first time wearing them was awful! I couldn't walk the day after because I had blisters. I guess that is what I paid for. Wearing these platforms make me feel like going back to the 90s, so I paired it up with a knotted jean shirt and bomber jacket. How much more 90s can you be?

What do you think of this outfit?

Another reason why I'm so into the 90's again is a British tv series "My mad, fat diary" which is set in 90's as well. The show is focused on a 16year old girl with mental health and body image problems, it sounds like a heavy subject. But they approach it with a hint of humour, which makes this show awesome! I think I've cried from laughter and sadness at least once for each episode. The accents they use when talking made it very hard to understand sometimes, but after a while you get used to it and don't even remember how it was weird before. Oh! And the soundtrack is pretty awesome as well, with some old school jams! So definitely worth to check it out.

DIY | Personalized mug (gift idea)

Finally a DIYpost. Sorta? For a course at uni I wanted to draw on porcelain plates, so I needed to test it out first for the prototype. So why not make a video out of it?! It's really easy to do and a nice idea for a gift!

Axes Femme Fairytale - Red Riding Hood

Today i show you my modern version of Red Riding Hood. 
A long time has past since i bought my Red Riding Hood inspired cape from Axes Femme, 
a japanese clothing brand that is famous for its cute and elegant looking styles and designs   
that are inspired from the Parisian "belle époque".

Endlich ist es mal wieder an der Zeit für einen Outfit Post! Heute zeige ich Euch meine moderne Interpretation von Rotkäppchen. Hierzu trage ich ein weinrotes, an Rotkäppchen angelehntes Strick-Cape von Axes Femme. Die Kapuze ist mit einem Plüschfellbesatz verziert und eigentlich eher für die etwas kälteren Tage gedacht. Axes Femme ist übrigens eine japanische Modemarke, die bekannt ist für ihren ✿ süßen und gleichzeitig elegant designten Stil ✿, der von der französischen *✲ﾟ"belle époque"✲ﾟ* inspiriert wurde (◡‿◡✿).

As you all know Red Riding Hood is wearing a basket where she is carrying some cake and wine for her grandmother. 

In  my modern version Red Riding Hood is wearing a comfortable, dark brown shoulder bag made of suede leather. 

The bag itself is also decorated with wooden travel souvenier pendants.

Rotkäppchen trägt ja eigentlich einen Korb, in dem es Kuchen und Wein für seine Großmutter transportiert. In meiner modernen Version trägt Rotkäppchen aber praktischerweise ( ˘▽˘)っ eine Umhängetasche aus robustem, dunkelbraunem Wildleder. Verziert ist die Tasche mit silbernen Nieten und hölzernen Reise-Souvenier Anhängern.

Of course the modern Red Riding Hood is wearing a pair of red shoes:
burgundy colored Nelly plateau high-heels with silver embellishments

Selbstverständlich trägt das moderne Rotkäppchen auch ein paar rote Schuhe:

weinrote Plateau High-Heels von Nelly mit silbernen Verzierungen am Absatz. Auf dem ersten Foto habe ich übrigens die Riemchen nicht geschlossen, sondern bin einfach so reingeschlüpft (･∀･*).

HAUL | Bandana slip-ons!

I was sitting downstairs when suddenly my dog was barking like a zombie apocalypse was about to happen. I was happy though because that means my H&M package has arrived. yay. I ordered these slip-ons with a platform and an awesome print. I love the bandana print, makes it look more badass. Can't wait to wear it with cropped jeans in the summer. The platform gives me a few inches extra and I at first was hesitant to buy platforms but the slip-on model makes it much more appealing! These were 19 euros but with a couponcode on their webshop, 15 euros.

Best Drugstore full coverage Foundation for Oily or Dry Skin

Hi Guys this is just a quicky really to tell you my most fave drugstore full coverage foundation which i will just keep going back to time and time again as it's the best ever.

It is the Revlon Colorstay 24hr Foundation which can be bought for both oily or dry skin so make sure when purchasing this product that you get the right one for your skin type as they do sell both which i think is really amazing as so many brands just sell foundation and that's that,they don't actually usually make the same one for oily or dry skin.

I suffer from oily skin and ok i still do get oily towards the end of the day with any foundation including this but my face is not really oily as i do use a powder over the top and i tend to press my powder into my pores using a sponge and then dust over with a brush,i find applying this foundation best with my real techniques buffing brush which is a must also,but yes i know some people do prefer to use their hands which is great use whatever you feel best using,the foundation is quite thick,not too too thick but just a nice consistency hence the full coverage,it does give me a really good coverage which lasts all day long so i would be lost without this for the price as ok i have tried double wear and also mac which are fab but for the price and a drugstore this is my most worn foundation for most of the year round,i do try and wear a softer non heavy one for summer which again would be Revlon but the nearly naked one.

personal | Off for a run

UNIQLO sweater, H&M shirt, Forever 21 yoga pants, Nike air max thea

Waking up at 8am in the weekend is harder than you think. Since the weather has been nice lately, I decided to start running again. It's been at least three years already since I've done it, so I'm definitely a bit scared to start from scratch again. But you got to start from something, right? I've seen a lot of apps that will help me with my running pace and endurance but without any goal is quite hard to keep motivated, so I'm thinking about joining a running race.. The "Nike's women: we own the night 10k" race. It seems like a real challenge but maybe a bit too far reached, so I still want to prep myself first before I sign up. The race looks really fun though. There will be a lot of sports, fashion, design and music seen/heard throughout the race. We'll see how much I can challenge myself..

Lets talk Potty Toilet training toddler

Right i have been doing beauty blogs but this is also a lifestyle baby toddler blog too so i wanted to come at you with another type of read and it the dreaded potty training.

So ok my daughter is 2 and a half yrs old,i first bought her a really fancy huge potty when she was about 1 yrs old but i didn't sit her on it until she was about 1 and a half just to get the feel of it.
She was great,she didn't wee nor poo but she quite happily sat and watched tv.
Then as she was only young i gave up for a while and left it as i think most parents {not all} but a lot start around 2 yrs old,so i left it till before her 2nd birthday then i said shall we try the potty again babe and if you wee wee then you can have a treat well omg HOLY CRAP LET LOOSE AND SHE RAN AWAY SCREAMING IN TEARS??? i didn't have a clue why but all of a sudden she was scared of the potty so she wouldn't even go near it,i tried coaxing her with sweets and even showed her dolly's sat on it and teddies etc but nothing worked,so in the end Jamie my Finace Teegan's daddy said that potty is way way too big,this is the potty i first bought lol.

it is actually pretty massive in real life for a little one,so ok i agreed and said we will just buy a cheap one then from the poundshop and decorate with stickers to make it feel special for her,oh yeah i know all the tricks of the trade ha ha yeah right?? we bought a little pink potty and got lovely stickers spent time decorating which she loved and she still screamed and ran away and used it as a hat instead grrrr getting a bit fed up at this point.

so time is going on and i started taking her up to the big normal toilet upstairs in the bathroom but i had to hold her on the toilet so she didn't fall down the hole,which ok went better than the potty,she hated it but couldn't run away,i took her up once a day to try but nothing ;(
Then i was out shopping in TK.Maxx and saw a kids toilet training seat in bright pink minnie mouse,she is sure to love this right? and then right next to it was a singing stepping stool so she could even climb on the toilet herself with music what a bonus so i snapped them up as anything is worth a go.
She loved the pink toilet seat as yay i now don't have to hold her on the toilet she can sit herself,she also loved the stepping stool but mummy didn't as it got anoying when she just kept messing and playing the music when actually i was trying to listen if she had a tinkle lol so not one of my best idea's.
Teegan is now just over 2 and half and i'm still trying to take her to the toilet to have a wee but she sits and does nothing,we have done the whole you will get a reward a sticker some sweets a toy blumin anything and everything but nothing has worked.
i Know people say she will go in her own good time but if she is as stubborn as her mum and dad that will be never she will just sit and hold it in boo hoo what can i do please help meee it's honestly driving me POTTY sorry for the pun.
Teegan actually knows when she has had a wee as she will say mummy i'm wet or mummy my nappy needs changing so she can actually feel the sensation that she has had one which is good but she doesn't know when she needs one and i could take her 5 times a day and she would still sit and do nothing,i also try and take her about 15-30 mins after a drink etc blah de blah yes i bet your even bored reading this as i am of trying to get her to wee lol.

So my last resort today was buying some peppa pig knickers for when we are at home but then i though she will just pee right away and be soaked so i came up with a plan and ok this may be weird and not sure if anybody has ever done it but i thought well i can't put a nappy under the knickers as that defeats the object but what can i do as i would be changing her within 5 mins of putting them on so ive bought some sanitery towels ok weird but it's like a nappy right? {tried pull ups and they are just like nappies so didn't work}and at lest she won't be totally soaked,if you think this is a bad idea then please let me know as i only bought them all today cos i feel like jacking the whole thing in.
Feel like a poo mum as she is a little brain box when it comes to other things but toilet noooo
oh and also the last few days she is refusing to eat most things and won't touch her milk which she used to have cows milk a bottle in morning and at night,tried everything there too,hot cold a bottle a cup even tried mixing it with milkshake but no she pushes it away and says it's dirty,she is testing my patience to the extreme so any mummies out there going through something similar i would love to know thanks love vinny Littlemissstyleguru xx♥xx

So this is just a quick blog on the Smokin Palette by mua,i actually really like this palette and it's a dupe for the Urban Decay Smoked palette or meant to be a close look-alikey.

here are photo of the smokin by Mua and the smoked by Urban Decay and they are pretty similar as i own them both.

so as you can probably see they are pretty similar is colours and the pigment is really good with the Mua,i have actually always liked most of the mua palettes i own and this one is lovely and costs about £5.00.
