Canon EOS 5D Mark II - The King Kong Kamera

Es wird mal wieder höchste Zeit für einen neuen Post (๑´▿｀๑)! - und diesen widme ich meinem neuen Lieblingsgericht aus dem Hause Moschmosch mit dem ebenso bildgewältigen Namen "King Kong" (´∪`*). Ich kannte dieses Gericht früher noch unter dem Namen Yaki Udon, welches wie der Name schon sagt, ein Udon-Nudel Gericht ist (Udon, das sind diese "dicken" japanischen Nudeln aus Weizenmehl). Hierbei handelt es sich um gebratene Udon-Nudeln mit Chili-Wok Sauce ("Yaki Udon" wie es früher hieß - ist übrigens auch die japanische Bezeichnung für gebratene Nudeln). Der einzige Unterschied zur damaligen Variante ist soweit ich mich erinnern kann nur die Verwendung von Teriyaki Sauce, anstelle der in der aktuellen Version verwendeten Chili-Wok Sauce. Das Gericht ist also etwas "verschärft" worden (●^ー^●). Wer es also eher nicht so gerne scharf mag, der sollte die klein geschnittenen roten Chilis nicht unterschätzen. Zur Sicherheit habe ich mir noch ein großes & leckeres Glas mit dem berühmten hausgemachten Moschmosch Eistee (wer es etwas süßer mag, der nehme also den Eistee anstelle der gleichnamigen hausgemachten Limonade - die nette Bedienung hat mich da jedenfalls optimal beraten (*‿*✿)). Ansonsten findet Ihr noch saisonales Gemüse, Spinat, Sojasprossen, Rucola, Frühlingszwiebeln und Chili. Als extra Beilage habe ich mir das Rinderfilet in Pfefferkruste ausgesucht - wunderbar pikant (●^ ᴥ ^●). Dieses Gericht hat es also wirklich in sich und ist genau richtig für den ganz großen Großstadt-Hunger...

It`s about time for a new post (๑´▿｀๑)! So this post is dedicated to my favorite dish at Moschmosch in Frankfurt with its likewise visually stunning name “King Kong” (´∪`*). I have formerly known this dish on their menu as Yaki Udon, which is Japanese for a fried noodles dish. Udon noodles are “thick” wheat noodles – actually the thickest ones in Japanese kitchen. So “King Kong” is about fried Udon noodles with a special sauce – formerly it was teriyaki sauce and nowadays it is a chili-wok sauce. Compared to the past, the dish has been spiced up (●^ー^●) – however, i cannot remember if that dish was also spicy back then. Be aware if you are not used to have bits real chili in your meal. So just in case i ordered a delicious glass of their famous homemade ice tea (if you do not like it that sweet, just order their homemade lemonade – the kind waitress defenitely has advised me very well (*‿*✿). As you can see on the photos the other ingredients were seasonal vegetables, spinach, soybean sprouts, rocket salad, spring onions and chili. As an extra garnish i have ordered beef filet in a pepper crust – delicious spicy (●^ ᴥ ^●). So this dish really is the best if you are very hungry and a gourmand at heart...
