Chicken and Biscuit Casserole


I've made this recipe like literally 4 times in the past month. It's the easiest thing! and makes great left overs.

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole. 
1 Pillsbury biscuit tube 
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup OR chicken rice soup (regular sized) 
1/2 cup of Sour Cream 
1/2 stick of butter, melted 
1 can of peas 
2 cups cooked chicken 
1 cup mild cheddar cheese 
3 TBS milk (optional - I never add milk)
Bake 375 35 min.

Mix the condensed soup, sour cream, butter, cooked chick (sliced), peas together in bowl.
Poor it in to square pan, make sure it's level and flat
Sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese on top
Put Pillsbury layer on top

Bake at tempter recommended on biscuit tube and mixture on bottom starts to bubble
(Broil top if desired)





I added shaved parmesan for my toper :) 

Yum.
