A recipe for a happy heart

What a fantastic weekend! It wasn't too crazy exciting... I was going to participate in "a ride to remember" but it ended up conflicting with a major work event, and instead of being disappointed I found another event. So Saturday I finished Tour De Parks of Hillsboro OR and it really was just perfect. My dad met me at the end of a really long ride, and we enjoyed the local street fair and craft beer of vertigo. Long over due father daughter time...
