Muffin Meatloaf Recipe

This recipe is amazing, easy and SO delicious! Maybe a great one for 4th of July?

Here is the link to the recipe I used and these are my side tips:

• I sprinkled bread crumbs, crushed up onion chips and feta cheese as toppings
• In the recipe it said use a medium onion. I would probably only use half of it and dice it instead of medium chunks as it calls. In my recipe I added more meat and it still was too much onion.
